Things To Do

We're so excited to spend the day with you! We know some guests may be spending some extra time in Texas. Here are some of our favorite and most notable spots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
AT&T Stadium & Globe Life Field

AT&T Stadium & Globe Life Field

1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011

House of the Dallas Cowboys and home site where the Packers won Super Bowl XLV. We took a tour of the stadium during our first trip to Texas and it's perfect for any sports-lover or Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders fan! Or, catch a major league baseball game next door at Globe Life Field and watch the Texas Rangers play. Tickets are usually easy to find.

Fort Worth Stockyards

Fort Worth, TX 76164

The Fort Worth Stockyards captures the spirit of the Old West. They are known for their daily longhorn cattle drives, live music, and Texas charm. There are also great dining options and unique shops.

PopStroke

5770 Grandscape Boulevard, The Colony, TX 75056

One of our favorite date night activities is golf and mini golf, and 20 minutes from our wedding location is a mini golf oasis designed by Tiger Woods himself. If putt putt could ever be luxurious, this would be it!

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

8525 Garland Road, Dallas, TX 75218

The Dallas Arboretum features 66 acres of beautiful gardens, walking paths, and seasonal floral displays. It’s a peaceful spot to explore nature and enjoy scenic views. A sweet daytime activity while you're in town.

Feng Shui Fine Asian Cuisine

2355 Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201

We went here together for our first Lunar New Year in Texas and it was easily some of the best, authentic Chinese dishes we've had. (Beside's Mama Szyryj's.) This restaurant offers a unique blend of Asian fusion dishes, so you are sure to find something for everyone!
