In addition to our main hotel block at the The Confluence Hotel, we also recommend the Afton House Inn—a charming local spot with a historic feel, located just a short walk from the church. You can check availability and book directly through their website. Please note that our guest shuttle will run exclusively to and from the Confluence Hotel. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we recommend arranging a rental car, as taxi and Uber services in the area are limited. There are also great Airbnb options in Hastings, especially near the hotel, if you prefer a more flexible stay.
Since the venue is a bit tucked away, Ubers aren't usually available. We don't want anyone stranded! We'll be providing a shuttle back to Hastings throughout the evening so you can easily catch a taxi or rideshare from there. If you'd rather not rely on the shuttle or rideshares, we recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay.
Cocktail Attire - we can't wait to see everyone dressed up! Please keep in mind that the reception is tented on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly so you can dance the night away in comfort. It can get a little breezy once the sun goes down, so you may want to bring a light wrap or jacket for the evening for good measure.
