Wedding Party

Meet our favorite people in the whole wide world

Sabrina Karim

Maid of Honor

Sabrina and I first bonded in nursing school, two sleep deprived dreamers navigating clinicals and study sessions. From curled-up couch nights binge-watching every Harry Potter movie, to popping champagne and celebrating small wins, our friendship has always been effortless and full of laughter. Together, we’ve wandered the cobblestone streets of Boston, soaked up sun (and margaritas) in Cabo, and explored the foggy mornings of San Francisco. Through it all, her kindness, grounded spirit, and unwavering sweetness have been my rock. I can’t imagine standing at the altar without her by my side, she’s not just my best friend; she’s my chosen sister, my confidante, and the heart of every adventure.

Cyril Macapagal

Bridesmaid

Cyril! We met during our days as nursing colleagues two individuals learning care and compassion together amidst long shifts and endless charts. From those early moments, she’s been my steadfast anchor through the scariest and most trying chapters of life. Her strength, empathy, and unwavering support have helped me find light in even the darkest times. She’s truly one of the most genuinely kind people I know, compassionate, fierce, and with a heart that refuses to waver. I couldn’t imagine walking down the aisle without her by my side—thank you for being everything I needed and more.

Cashel Diciccio

Bridesmaid

Cash and I have shared over ten years of friendship, she first came into my life through my Maid of Honor, and from that moment, she became a constant in every chapter that followed. Whether we were exploring Oregon’s landscapes, soaking up the sun in Cabo, or celebrating life at her wedding in Colorado, Cash has always been right by my side through adventures and milestones alike. She's the ultimate life-of-the-party, yet she brings a depth of wisdom and thoughtfulness. I’ve been honored to stand as a bridesmaid in her life, and now I’m overjoyed that she's standing beside me on my wedding day, too.

Jessica Cifuentes

Bridesmaid

I met Jessica over ten years ago in nursing school, and she quickly became my “little Yessica,” whether we looked like sisters or just embraced our spicy Latina vibes. We’ve weathered life’s highest highs and toughest lows together, laughing, supporting one another, and proving that sisterhood goes beyond blood. We’re the kind of friends who travel together to new places, still get excited to go to Dodger games, cheering in the stands, sharing hot dogs, fighting over Corey Seager, rooting so hard our hearts race, and where she’ll make me by making homemade pupusas that taste like comfort and home. Jessica is true ride-or-die, always there with fierce loyalty, endless love, and a spark that lights any room. I can’t imagine my wedding day without her standing by me, just as I hope to stand by her, always.

Sabrina Zimmerman

Bridesmaid

Sabrina and I met firsthand when I was her preceptor as she began her nursing journey—so right from the start, we’ve shared a special connection of mentorship and friendship. She was getting married at the time and I invited myself to her wedding, caught the bouquet, and the rest was truly history. She's also the perfect auntie to my dog Seager and she has helped us to nurse him back to health. This easy, effortless friendship has been a source of constant comfort through both highs and lows. Sabrina is thoughtful, gentle, and unwavering in her support, whether that's over a glass of wine or cheering each other on during our latest Arsenal matches or wine walks around town. I’m so grateful to have her both in my life and my wedding party.

Jacque Cano

Bridesmaid

Jacque! We’ve been friends since we were 17—back when we were high school coworkers at Hollister, greeting customers with that signature “welcome to the pier.” Growing up side by side, we’ve shared every win and weathered every loss together. I felt so honored to be part of her wedding day—and now, I’m beyond thrilled she gets to be part of mine. Jacque is, without a doubt, the funniest and most playful person I know, yet she’s effortlessly low-maintenance—and always one phone call away, no matter what.

Nicolette Drulias

Bridesmaid

Nicolette and I first connected in high school, and now, I'm beyond thrilled to be marrying her brother. She is one of the most resilient, beautiful, and talented individuals I know. Her vibrant spirit and unwavering support have made her not just my sister-in-law, but the sister I never had. Whether she's creating amazing desserts or perfecting her sourdough, Nicolette brings warmth and joy to every moment. And of course, she's always ready to share a glass of wine and talk Real Housewives with me. I feel incredibly lucky to have Nicolette in my life, and so glad that she will be standing by my side on our wedding day, as we continue to create cherished family memories together.

Robert Lee Herrman IV

Best Man

Me and Bob met in middle school, played soccer together, but it wasn't really until high school that became good friends. Over the last 20 years (wild to say that) I have probably spent more time with him and Mikey than just about anyone else on earth. My friendship with Bob can sort of be summed up like one of those quotes about persistence and always showing up. I just continued to spend the better part of a decade going down to Newport every week until we became best friends! haha From 22245 Steeplechase, to 401 Eastbay Ave, from Bjs Restaurant, to Brew Co. and Stag Bar. We have traveled the world, and still want to spend most of our time in Newport.

Michael Herrman

Best Man

Moke (not a typo) and I became friends in high school after we started playing soccer together. Mike was a year older so we did not hangout quite as much until his senior year, when I was more integrated into the group. But as time has passed, and I kept showing up every weekend, just like with Bob, I was able to wear him down too. Mike, Bob and I, could regularly be seen paling around in Newport on any given weekend night for the better part of the last 15 years. Mike and I were each others wing-men, in that we made sure to only talk to each other and never a lady on our nights out. Mike and I have spent a lot of time together, from high school to adult league soccer, walks to Handel's and the pier because we haven't left the house all day, to flexing for William Wallace. I may not get down to Newport as much I used to but when I do, its like nothing has changed.

Adam Imperial

Groomsman

The Italian Stallion. Like so many who will stand up there with me, my friendship with Adam stems from soccer. I've known Adam since about the 8th grade, when we all played spring soccer together. Fast forward to high school and our friendship continued through soccer and endless days and nights at Casa De Herrman. From "helping" each other get through Kottke's class and those after school tutoring sessions with rides in the lancer (passenger side floor water bottles included), to BK rips after we left school for lunch. These days its weddings in Jamaica, softball on Monday's and two or three yearly texts about how good the Angels are. Spoiler alert: Not very so these are always sarcastic texts from my end. We've been through a lot, but I know there is more to come.

Matthew Fontanta

Groomsman

I met Matt during the summer during freshman football and quickly found out just how much of an athlete he really is. (just wait til you see this guy on the dance floor) We struck up a quick friendship, and I seem to recall many mornings where we would hangout before school as we tended to get there earlier than most of our friends. On one such occasion I seem to recall Matt briefly lighting his finger on fire in the locker room. Though about 20 years later the rest of the context around that incident seems to have escaped me. In more recent times Matt and I have continued our friendship, from Emo nights, to LAFC games, and all the free real-estate I have in the head when we golf. We travelled to Thailand to see this jag, you really think he wouldn't be up here with me?

Mark Keck

Groomsman

Mark, Mark, Mark. In many ways my life as I know it begins with our friendship, and with Dirk. There are seminal moments in ones life that help shape who they are, looking back on mine, one of them has to go back to AYSO 2004 and spring soccer 2005. Joining Dirk's team and getting to meet Mark has led me to all the friends I have today, and my love of Soccer. Since that season, Mark and I have remained friends, through high school and club soccer, into college and indoor, to standing up there with you on your wedding day. Now it is your turn to return the favor.

Robert Ignacio

Groomsman

RG my Gunner from another mother. I’ve known RG since 8th grade, when soccer first brought us together, and he’s been an important part of my life ever since. We grew up together through high school, spending countless hours playing both high school and club soccer, forming a bond that went far beyond the field. From leaving DBHS at lunch and playing Water Pong at his house to years of LAFC games, and all the grubbing in between, he’s been there for so many of the moments that shaped who I am today. His friendship has been constant, genuine, and full of great memories, and I’m incredibly grateful to have him standing by my side on one of the most important days of my life.

Brian Drulias

Groomsman

My younger brother Brian and I have grown up side by side, and over the years it’s become clear just how much we have in common. We’ve followed similar paths as high school history teachers and coaches, and we share a deep love for sports, good competition, and Latin women. Brian has always been someone I can count on—steadfast, passionate, and genuine. I’m incredibly proud of the man he’s become and honored to have my brother standing next to me on such an important day.
