I received a text message from my college friend Laura the day before my sister's wedding asking me if she could set me up on a blind date. I did not think it was a good idea at first, but I gave it a try and asked for a picture. In this picture there were two guys sitting together, I replied saying "If it's the one on the right, then yes." So I accepted for her to give him my number. He did something similar, his friend Daisy randomly texted him a picture of me asking him if she could set him up on a blind date with the girl on the picture. At first he thought it was a joke "too good to be true" ha ha, but he accepted. We texted for a few days before meeting in person, and I have to tell you, there was a lot of good chemistry by just texting. We were replying to each other immediately and constantly, telling each other about our days. Our first date was on February 4, 2017. We decided to meet at a near by restaurant of his choice. We met at 8:00 pm, our chemistry was undeniably great! it was as if we knew each other for a very long time, laughing and sharing anecdotes. The restaurant closed at 12:00 am, but we did not want our date to end, we thought those four hours went by very fast. We then decided to continue our date and went to a local bar, we talked and talked for more hours until the bar closed at 3:00 am. Sadly, it was time for us to go home even though we wanted to continue talking and spend more time with each other. The rest is history. After our first date, we continued to see each other every day until today and we wouldn't have it any other way. We call it, "Love at first sight"
