Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be hosted at the Vinterra Event Venue. 14515 S. Yale Ave Bixby, OK 74008

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue does have a set of stairs upon arrival. However, there is an elevator to the right when you walk in for those who may need to utilize it.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on the website by August 7th.

Can I bring a date or my children to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you respect our guest list and only bring a date or children if their names are listed when you click to RSVP on our wedding website. If the RSVP includes a "+1" or the names of your children, they are welcome to join us. Otherwise, we request that you attend solo. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our guest count.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all electronic devices are silenced and put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and let the party begin!
