It all started with rock climbing. Gary and Nicole connected through a climbing app during the pandemic in an effort to make new friends when social distancing was still the norm. One conversation led to another, and another, and soon, they found they had a lot more in common than just climbing. Their first official date was at Greenpoint Brewery (RIP), where their connection was instant. A few dates later, they knew they were onto something special—especially after Gary won over Nicole’s miniature schnauzer, Gatsby (who had very high standards). Somewhere between the climbing walls and navigating family reunions, they realized they had found their perfect partner. Eventually, Gary proposed, and now they’re getting ready for their greatest adventure yet—getting married! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
