Our love story begins in a funny way as 2010 was a weird time and Facebook was THE thing to have/ use all the time. We don’t remember who added who first, but we bonded over a band we both saw play, and decided to meet in person, at the NYS fair. I (Ariana) was nervous to meet him in person, so I dragged my best friend Brigid with me to the fair- we tried to trick Alec and tell him a vague area we were in, but him going to the fair every day knew exactly where we were. We spent the rest of the night eating fair foods and going on rides, and it’s been history since that day. We’ve been in each other’s lives for up’s, down’s and all of the (sometimes very cringeworthy) moments in the last 12 years. If our history taught us anything, it’s that we would always find our way back together. We will forever be each other’s concert buddy, road trip partner with the dogs, and soulmate.
