Blake and Katie met 2 years ago at their place of work at the time, Tropical Smoothie. Back in 2016, both Blake and Katie recently graduated from Flagler College and the University of North Florida. Katie was finishing her remaining weeks at Tropical Smoothie, a place she had worked at all throughout college for 6 years! Blake came in to the shop to apply for a summer job, as soon as Blake handed in his application she begged the manager to hire him and she decided she might need to stay at this job a little longer ;) A couple of weeks later, Blake asked Katie went on their first date, and Blake decided the date would be to go meet his mom in New Smyrna Beach!! Thankfully it worked out for the best and they went to a Justin Bieber concert a couple of days later, they said I love you for the first time (before they officially even started dating!) and have said it everyday since... the rest is history! It’s amazing to find a love like this!
