Question

Will pictures be allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone please keep their phones and cameras off during the ceremony. To avoid pictures with people holding up their own devices, as well as flashes and noise levels we ask that all pictures be taken before or after the ceremony. We will have multiple professional photographers there to take pictures of everyone. The pictures will be available to the wedding party after the events have concluded.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. We ask that everyone plan to be at the venue no later than 4:45pm to allow time for seating arrangements, as well as to prevent disruptions during the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d describe our wedding attire as semi-formal/formal with a fun, dressy feel! We want everyone to look great, but we also want you to be comfortable and ready to celebrate. For ladies, this could include cocktail dresses, sundresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. For gentlemen, dress pants with a button-down shirt, a sport coat, or a suit are all great options. Ties are welcome but not required.

Can I bring a date?

We are sending out our official wedding invitations in February of 2026. Detailed in the invite you receive will show if a date (plus one) is available, as our wedding is invitation only. In trying to keep an accurate guest list, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions once invitations arrive.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome and those invited will be stated on the official invitations that will be sent out February of 2026. We have contacted everyone to finalize the final count for each family with their children included. If you receive your invitation and need an additional invite for children we may have missed, please contact us so we can ensure every family member is included!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available to all guests for both the ceremony and the reception. The venue is the Copper Barn in Portal, Georgia. We will have signs that will direct traffic from the main highway (Hwy 80) to the venue. Keep in mind that the wedding location is on a short dirt road.

Brianna's Bridal Shower will be hosted by her mother, Kimberly Aldrich, on Saturday March 14th, 2026 at the Honey Bowen Building at 1:00pm.
