Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your kiddos, we're keeping the celebration adults-only to keep things simple and relaxed. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! Due to space limitations we will not be able to accommodate additional guests.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, as we have a trusted photographer and videographer there to capture our special day! We will have a minute before the ceremony begins where everyone will be allowed to take photos on their phones, but we ask that you please silence them and put them away after that! Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Will the ceremony be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoors! We will be having a cocktail hour following the ceremony that will be held on the deck at the venue, but you will be able to sit inside the club house if you prefer.

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support as we begin this new chapter together. If you would like to help us celebrate with a gift, our registry can be found under the registry tab on this site. Your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for, but if you feel moved to give, we would be deeply thankful.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the River Spirit Casino and Resort Hotel as we will be having transportation from this hotel to the ceremony. There are other hotels in the area, but these will not have transportation provided.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. On the day of the ceremony, we will have a shuttle bus that will take guests from the hotel to the event venue. The shuttle will also be taking guests back to the hotel for the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception will be held at Vinterra Event Venue, and there is a parking lot located directly outside.
