In following the new mandate (as of 7/31/21) the venue is requiring guests to wear masks in all public spaces throughout the hotel. Once in the private event spaces guests are able to remove their mask if comfortable. Everyone will be asked to wear their masks when transitioning between the event spaces as well.
The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. As such, we are requiring that all guests and vendors who are attending our wedding reception in-person to be either fully vaccinated or produce a negative covid test before attending the weekend’s festivities. If taking a covid test, please take no more than 3 days prior to the event. We will also be following all federal and local guidelines applicable at the time of our party. Proximity to unvaccinated individuals may confer more risk for others in attendance (of particular concern is our high-risk family and friends). Having attendees vaccinated or sharing negative covid test results will allow us to feel very confident that there is a low risk of COVID-19 infections resulting from our gatherings. We hope this helps to create an enjoyable atmosphere for all. We completely understand that this may present a difficult situation for some, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss any questions or concerns.
