COVID 19 Wedding FAQ sheet ***We are currently monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily. Please know that we will be taking the proper precautions to keep all of our guests safe at our wedding. *** FAQs - Weather Permitting The ceremony is outdoors The cocktail hour is set to be half inside/ half outside The reception is indoors but there are doors that lead to an outside deck so we will have those open to get fresh air into the building. This will allow for ventilation into the building. People will also have the chance to sit outside if they wanted to on the outside deck. The table will be set to immediate families/ close friends The tables will also be set 6 feet apart. There will be masks available for those that would like to wear masks/ hand sanitizers around the room and outside the room

Will Vaccination cards be mandated to be shown to get in ?

As of right now we will not have anyone checking vaccination cards.

Are you requiring masks to be worn?

Answer

No, but masks will be provided for those individuals that would prefer to wear them.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the beach.

What are you doing for the reception to make sure that people are safe?

Answer

The reception is indoors but it has doors to outside. We will be keeping the doors open to get ventilation and fresh air into the building. People are free to walk in and out of the building. The room is huge so there will be plenty of space in the room to spread out the tables.

Tables will be set to be 6 to 10 feet apart. The tables will also be set to immediate families/ people that know each other.

The goal is to have all of the RSVPs by September 3rd. If you have a specific question or concern regarding the virus/ wedding, please reach out to us and we will try to work with you.

Tables will be at least 6 to 10 feet apart and limited to 10 people at most per table.
