Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged a one night's stay as penalty. Early Check-in/Late Check-out- Please note that early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed at our hotel. You can review Hilton’s official policy on check-in and check-out here. However, if you require an early check-in or late check-out, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. A $75 early check-in fee and a $75 late check-out fee will apply. Early check-in requests must be made in person on the day of arrival, and we recommend calling ahead to check availability. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm, so please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes beforehand to ensure you’re settled in before the ceremony begins.
The dress code for our wedding is Formal/Black Tie. We ask that ladies wear champagne and gentlemen wear black suits to align with our wedding theme. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable while celebrating this special occasion with elegance and style!
Yes! There will be on-site parking available.
We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that we can have an uninterrupted moment. However, feel free to take as many pictures as you like during the reception! We also have a professional photographer and videographer that will capture plenty of beautiful moments.

Yes! However, if you have not RSVP'd before the wedding date and choose to attend the day of, there will be a $50 fee to cover your food and drink. This fee is necessary because we’ve already paid for a set number of guests based on the RSVPs we received in advance. While we’re excited to celebrate with you, please understand that the fee helps us accommodate last-minute attendees. If possible, please reach out before the wedding to let us know if you plan to attend. Thank you for your understanding!
