Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is Friday, February 13, 2026. Invitations will be sent out in January 2026 with more details on RSVPing.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. We ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

While The Arbory does not have a dedicated parking lot, there is free street parking along Grand Ave and within the neighborhood. We recommend looking for parking along Grand, Leavitt, Oakley and Ohio streets. Ride Share through Uber/Lyft is another easy choice so you can enjoy the party safely!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will all be indoors.

Question

Will coat check be available?

Answer

Self-serve coat check will be available.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on the invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do." After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adults only. Please reach out if you have questions!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal/Cocktail: Suits, floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses or fancy pantsuits are welcome.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! For this reason, we encourage to take advantage of Uber or Lyft.

Question

Is smoking allowed at The Arbory?

Answer

The Arbory is a non-smoking venue and does not allow smoking within 15 feet of all buildings and structures.
