If you would like to explore Hudson Valley over the weekend, we encourage you to drive. However, Amtrak is a great choice and goes directly to Rhinecliff and Hudson train stations. We will have transportation on the day to take guests from The Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn to and from the venue.
There will be parking available at the venue at A Private Estate. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure there is enough parking space.
Rideshare services are unreliable, particularly at night. We encourage our guests to use the provided shuttle transportation or arranging personal transportation in advance.
Our dress code is formal / black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a mid or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate. The property includes uneven ground and gravel. Stilettos are not recommended. Block heels, wedges, or flats are encouraged.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors along the Hudson River. Please note, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass. The reception will take place in the barn and the outside area will be tented. Please dress accordingly!
We are getting married in Spring in Hudson Valley. We suggest you plan for temperatures ranging from 75 - 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures will likely drop at night.
The reception will end at around 10:00pm at A Private Estate. We are planning the afterparty - please stay tuned!

There will be an area in the RSVP to let us know so we can take this into account.
