What is the expected dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be cocktail / semi formal attire. The welcome drinks is smart casual. Looking forward to seeing all you beautiful people! Girls bring a shawl/sweater!!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 5:00-5:15pm to ensure you get to your seat in time. Wish us luck!!! Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! We will provide a bus from the Sonesta Select in Danvers to and from the wedding venue. The bus (school buses) will arrive at the hotel at 4:40pm and depart at 4:50pm to the wedding venue. The bus is scheduled to depart the wedding venue at 11:20pm. An earlier bus will leave at 10:15pm if anyone needs to leave early! One of the two buses will make a stop at the Pickled Onion to drop people at the After Party and then will head to the hotel for those heading back right away.

Where is the hotel room block?
Answer
We currently have a hotel room block at the Sonesta Select in Danvers, MA which is about 10-15 minutes away from the wedding venue. The room block information can be found under our “Travel” page. If you are looking for other accommodations, we have listed some other hotels for consideration below. Although we love Salem, we do not recommend staying in Salem during this time of year. It is extremely busy (and expensive) due to Halloween! Is there parking at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! While we are providing transportation from our hotel room block there is plenty of parking on site at our venue if you choose to drive!

Is there parking at the welcome drinks?
Answer
There is parking at Mission Boathouse in Beverly, however, the parking lot is fairly small. We recommend carpooling where possible! Guests can always look for parking close to the venue in downtown Beverly as well or Uber.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding event will be outdoors. Our ceremony is planned to be on the lawn of the venue (weather permitting), cocktail hour will be outside on the terrace, and the reception will be under a tent. There will be heaters in the tent if the weather is supposed to be cool but please dress appropriately! :)

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Your wedding invitation and RSVP will specify if you have a plus one. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there an after party?
Answer
Yes, we will head to the Pickled Onion in downtown Beverly after the wedding ends. No pressure to join - but if you want a night cap mixed with a little Karaoke before last call, come join! One bus will head straight to the hotel from the venue and the other bus will stop at the Pickled Onion before heading to the hotel.
