Sam and Libby first crossed paths back in 2010, thanks to Libby’s best friend, who had a feeling they’d hit it off — and she was absolutely right. What began as easy conversations and shared humor grew into a two‑year friendship that eventually turned into something more once college rolled around. They made it through college, studying abroad, and a year of long‑weekend visits while Libby finished school. After college, they kept growing side by side — navigating their careers, figuring out what they love to do, traveling with family and friends, hopping between concerts whenever they could, and happily taste‑testing their way through every bakery in the Twin Cities. In July 2023, they added the tiniest (and arguably most adored) member of their family: Poppy, their 10‑pound Shih Poo with a big personality and an even bigger fan club. Now, after nearly a decade and a half of growing up and growing together, they’re ready to celebrate their love surrounded by the people who’ve been cheering them on all along.
