We celebrated the best Monday ever with our closest friends and family in Buxton, North Carolina! The wedding day celebrated by Libby taking a long paddle board trip in the sound (don't worry, she came back!) and Nate spending time by the pool- not too much sun though! The weather was absolutely perfect as we said "I do" by the Pamlico Sound. Surrounded by those closest to us, we had the best dinner ever and celebrated our marriage. The week continued with a day trip to Ocracoke Island, where we went to a Fields family staple, Howard's Pub. Everyone enjoyed the ferry rides, driving on the beach, and seeing island. On Wednesday, the group made a day out on the beach! Between body surfing, looking for shells, and jumping waves, we all made the most of our time together. The week continued with lots of laughs, watching golf, helping Beautancus learn how to swim, and quality time. It was truly the most memorable week in one of our favorite places.
