When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us plan our wedding, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 4th 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we will have to mark you as a 'no', we hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on your RSVP through the website. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Are children and dogs welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the special exception of our flower girl. And while we’d love nothing more than a dance floor full of wagging tails, only our dog Percy will be joining us on the day as our proud ring bearer. We kindly ask that no other dogs attend the event. Thank you for understanding - we can’t wait to celebrate with you all.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony, we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and content creator capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

Please arrive between 15 and 30 minutes before the ceremony is due to begin. The ceremony will take place at 1.30 pm.

Parking is located on site for all guests.

I'm arriving by train, which station should I go to?

Answer

Worksop train station is only a 15 minute taxi to Hazel gap barn. For our Sheffield friends the last train is 11.30 pm from Worksop to Sheffield and is a 35 min train ride. Please find local taxi numbers in the 'Accommodation and travel page'.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! But please let us know this by RSVP'ing 'no' on your invite.
