FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 5/1/2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please let me know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a "plus 1" they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, please reach out if you have any questions.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM EST so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything! If you are planning to utilize the shuttle from the hotel, please be ready to depart the hotel at 3:30 PM. If you miss this departure, don't worry! There will be a 2nd shuttle at 4:25PM. If you miss the 2nd shuttle, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the wedding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the flower girl and ring bearer. Enjoy a date night on us!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we will ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you! Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like and don't forget to share them with us using #OnceUponAWeems

Question

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate it if all photos and videos are not shared until the newlyweds have the opportunity to share their big day first! Once you see them post, please feel free to share everything using #OnceUponAWeems

Question

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Cocktail attire requested, no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white please!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! So get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to use the shuttles we have provided both to and from the hotel (listed on the Travel tab of this webpage) and the venue. At the end of the night the first shuttle will arrive @10:00pm and then again @10:30pm. Don’t worry, if you drove to the ceremony and drank a lil too much, the venue locks its gate and allows you to leave your car over night and you will be able to retrieve it Sunday morning.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors with the reception to follow indoors.

For all the days along the way
