A great FREE option for art lovers of all ages! Located in scenic Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum features a diverse, encyclopedic art collection of more than 73,000 works spanning 6,000 years. In addition to displaying its own broad collection, the museum also hosts several national and international traveling exhibitions each year.
One of the 7 hills making up the Queen City, Mount Adams is perched high on a hill above downtown Cincinnati and called the “Garden of Eden” by an early landowner. The neighborhood's crown jewel, Eden Park, was quickly reserved for water collection and a city park. The Krohn Conservatory was built in 1933 in Eden Park offering an exciting collection of exotic plants and became a major tourist attraction.
If weather is less than ideal a great indoor option for animal lovers like Libby! Walk across the shark tank or pet some underwater friends like stingrays and star fish. Newport on the Levee is also a great shopping and food center right next to Covington.
If you know Dave, you know his infamous bourbon collection. Dave manages to have us stop here every time we are in town! A great local bourbon distillery with a fun tasting room on the 3rd floor.
The Banks is Cincinnati’s riverfront district and playground. Catch a Bengals game at Paycor Stadium or cheer on the Cincinnati Reds at the Great American Ballpark or enjoy playing in the sunshine at Smale Riverfront Park. Grub out and toast your team’s win at fun local restaurants and enjoy prime views of the Roebling Suspension Bridge (the OG Brooklyn bridge)!
