What is the dress code?

Answer

Women can wear either semi-formal/evening cocktail attire or traditional Indian formal . Men can wear suits or traditional Indian formal

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we have created some experiences below that we both enjoy and we'd be happy to take any contributions. Please feel free to enter your own amount for any of these. We will also have a box for gift envelopes at the Reception.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking available in the hotel garage. You can also park for free in the shopping complex garage across the hotel. The valet parking however requires payment.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

Due to recent surge in COVID 19 cases, we strongly encourage you to bring a mask you are comfortable with to wear while not eating, drinking or taking photos. We will be providing masks at the venue as well. We also encourage everyone who is eligible, to receive their vaccination prior to the wedding

Will you encourage social distancing?

Answer

We can’t wait to have all of our favorite people together in one place! With the current guidelines in mind, we do encourage you to refrain from handshakes, hugs or other physical contact with any guests outside of your household. We have also created our seating plan in line with the current COVID-19 restrictions to allow adequate space between guests during dinner, and will be seating guests together with their close family and household members.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Childcare is available during wedding ceremony and reception. We are hiring Little Texans on the Go to entertain our youngsters, ages 12 and below. Starting at 1:30 PM to 5 PM, it will cost $45 per child and $10 per child per hour after 5 PM. They will be having a separate divider space and will entertain the children with arts/crafts and other activities. If interested, please email Cheryl Chacko Thamaravelil at cherylchacko@gmail.com by August 10th to secure a spot for your child.
