Are pets allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately it is not allowed to bring your pets with you.

Is it possible for me to bring my child to the wedding if needed?

Answer

Yes! We have invited a number of children to attend our beautiful day! If your child is not listed on the invitation please reach out to us if you would like to bring them along. Please keep in mind that all persons under 19 must leave before 9pm.

Will there be enough parking at the Wedding Ceremony Location?

Answer

Unfortunately parking is very limited at the Oakleaf Lake Retreat. We have arranged for Le Transport de Clare to shuttle guests to and from the Ceremony. Signs for parking will be posted. If you require accessible parking, please reach out to us.

Why is the location of the reception listed on our invitation different from the one on this website?

Answer

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to find an alternative location for our Wedding Reception and Dance. It will now be held at the Yarmouth Firehall.

What time will the Firehall and Bar be open for guests?

4:30pm

Will drinks be covered by the bride and groom?

Answer

Unfortunately no, but there will be a cash bar on site with lots of drinks to choose from!

Will there be parking at the firehall?

Yes! Please park at the back of the building and use the door marked reception entrance.

Is the Yarmouth Firehall wheelchair accessible?

Yes! There is even an elevator on site.

Is the bathroom at the Yarmouth Firehall wheelchair accessible?

Is there a change station located in the washroom at the Yarmouth Firehall?

Yes! There are both child and adult change tables.

We have hired a DJ for the dance!
