To RSVP, click on the tab labeled RSVP at the top of the page and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. We kindly ask that you RSVP by Friday, October 3rd. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Any RSVP's not received by this date will be marked as 'not attending' as we will be sending our final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan on arriving no later than 4:15pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, hang tight and we will see you at the reception!
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in the courtyard. Cocktail hour and the reception will also be outdoors but dinner will be served inside. While Florida weather can be unpredictable, the average temperatures for mid-November are highs in the mid 70's and lows in the mid-upper 50's. There are heaters available to use in the courtyard if needed. If the weather does not cooperate, all festivities will be held indoors.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up for our special day! We ask that you dress in cocktail attire: i.e. suit or dress shirt and tie for men and midi or floor length dresses for women. Please no jeans/tennis shoes & avoid shades of white.
We ask that during our ceremony all phones and cameras are put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best photos. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like and share them with us!
While we love all of your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only (16+) event (the only exceptions being the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). We appreciate your understanding.
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope; for example "(your name) & Guest". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will be open seating, so have a seat wherever you please; however, the first row will be reserved for immediate family. For the reception, there will be a seating chart so that guests will be sat with those they know.
