Upon arrival, guests will be directed through the building to the welcome table, where refreshments, including water and lemonade, will be served.

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Guests will be guided through the venue to the ceremony, which will begin at 4 o'clock.

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Sunset Bay Lodge at Ballard Elks

Semi-Formal: Dressy attire such as suits, cocktail dresses, or evening gowns.

After the ceremony, guests are invited inside for a cocktail hour featuring beer, wine, and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a family-style dinner.
