Our ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be in an outdoor tent. Please keep this in mind as it will be summer and potentially hot. There will be a large indoor area with AC that will be used for cocktail hour and open throughout the evening should anyone need a break from the heat!
If you are staying at our hotel block we will have a shuttle available to take you to and from the hotel and venue. The shuttle will leave promptly at 4:45PM to take you to the venue and will make two return trips at 10PM or 11PM. There is also a parking lot at the Willowdale Estate should you prefer to drive yourself.
