Please RSVP by August 16, 2025. You can use the RSVP tab on our website, or you can scan the QR code that was included with your invitation.
Unfortunately we don't have room for all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. If we've accounted for you to bring a plus-one, they will be clearly included on your invitation, and you will be asked to respond on their behalf as part of your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we love all your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We'd love for you to use our wedding as an excuse for a date night!
We'd ask you to avoid t-shirts and shorts, but other than that, whatever your heart desires! Things like jeans / chinos, knits / polos, any dress or jumpsuit you're comfortable in, nice sneakers / boots, etc. are all welcome.
We'd like people to generally follow "formal" attire guidelines (i.e., suit & tie or tuxedo and dress shoes for men, ankle- / floor-length dresses and heels [esp. thicker heels] for women), but we also want it to feel like a party - so fun colors, textures, patterns, and accessories are more than welcome! Also, be sure to check the weather before packing, as it could be a bit chilly in the evening.
Honestly, it's a great question! October in Vermont is absolutely majestic, but given it's a "shoulder season" the weather can be slightly unpredictable; some years you'll get t-shirt weather, and other years you'll get a cold snap. This past year the high / low for our date was a sunny 63 / 50 (Fahrenheit), so fingers crossed we get something like that again, but either way you'll likely want a jacket or something to layer while you're in Burlington!
Our welcome event will primarily be indoors, but Deep City has a patio and there will be a heated tent that we can take advantage of if the weather is nice. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, but we'll plan to move into a heated tent for dinner and dancing.
Yes, we have discounted rates with three different hotels - head to the Travel tab for direct links!
Yes! We will provide shuttle buses both to and from the venue on Saturday; buses depart for the ceremony from Hotel Champlain at 3:30, so please arrive a few minutes before then. If you would like to leave early, you can drive your own car or Uber/Lyft should be available (please be safe!).
If you choose to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking available at a lot next to our venue, though a short walk may be necessary.
A rental car definitely isn't necessary if you plan to stay within Burlington for the duration of the weekend - most of the city is walkable or accessible within short Uber/Lyft rides. However, if you plan to wander outside of the city for a scenic drive to check out the fall foliage or go hiking, a rental car may be advised.
