Please RSVP by the 1st of December 2024
For our evening in the gardens, please dress in black tie. When planning footwear, don't worry ladies, there is no grass to navigate! Although most of the wedding will be indoors, part of the evening will be outdoors—a warm layer is recommended.
Parking is available at Gate 1. Just so you know, the gates close at 9 p.m., and re-entry is not allowed after this time. When leaving, the gate will open slowly as you drive over the sensor and reclose afterwards. If you plan to rinse, we recommend arranging an Uber or Taxi instead of leaving your car overnight.
Please gather at the Hamilton Gardens Gate 1 entrance (off Hungerford Crescent) and our ushers will guide you to the festivities.
Certainly! Please advise us of any dietary requirements when you RSVP.
Your presence is an invaluable gift, and we genuinely appreciate your efforts in joining us to celebrate! Should you wish to contribute further, rest assured that any gestures towards our honeymoon via an envelope box on the day will be put to excellent use.
We've provided links to our recommended accommodation—the Novotel Hotel, Ibis Hotel, and Book a Bach—on a separate page. Please note that the Maadi Cup Rowing Regatta is taking place in Karapiro the same weekend, which may limit available accommodation. Additionally, several motels in Hamilton are currently being used for emergency housing. If you have any questions about accommodation, feel free to reach out.
While we would love to include all the kids, we’ve decided to keep our wedding adults-only, with the exception of our immediate nieces and nephews. If this creates any difficulties, please reach out to us.
Please be sure to RSVP separately, so we can ensure we have enough kai. BYO brews.
Super casual afternoon round at our place. If the Hamilton heat is cranking, dress to stay cool—kaftans, sarongs, lavalavas, stubbies, and jandals are the way to go. Keen for a dip? Bring your bathers and towels (kids too!). A few light bites will be out around 5 PM—BYO bevys (and a chilly bin with ice if it’s gonna be a scorcher). But Hamilton’s been pretty chilly lately, especially once the sun drops, so plan for 4 seasons!
