Trust us - if you haven't shopped King Street you have to check it out! Start on Calhoun and King. You can go up or down and shop till you drop.
Charleston City Market
The market is a must when visiting Charleston. Walk through the hundreds of vendors selling items unique to Charleston. On Market street there is dining and carriage rides.
The Battery
Love multi-million dollar mansions? Walk the newly renovated Battery Park. Run into the pavilion where we got engaged! The Battery leads to historic Rainbow Row, the Pineapple Fountain, and East Bay Street. Great place for lunch, then you can walk it off! One of our favorite routes Downtown.
Magnolia Plantation
If you are looking to visit a historic Plantation, Magnolia is beautiful. Look out for wandering peacocks!
Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge
For our health-nuts, take a walk or run on the Ravenel Bridge! You can park in Mount Pleasant (Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park) or Downtown Charleston to walk on. See the whole city, Cooper River, and spot the USS Yorktown!
