Question

What meals and beverages will be provided?

Answer

Guests will be provided dinner on September 16th (welcome BBQ) as well as dinner on September 17th (reception). There will be a cash bar on Friday September 16th. There will be an open cocktail hour on September 17th prior to dinner which will convert to a cash bar after dinner.

Where can I find food for meals that aren't provided as part of the wedding weekend?

Answer

Guests are welcome to purchase breakfast from the dining room at the WCWL between 7:00 am and 10:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. There are also other food options off-site at Skookumchuck Bakery & Cafe (open 9 am to 4 pm) and at the Backeddy Pub (open noon to 8 pm).

What is there to do nearby?

Answer

-Various activities are provided through Egmont Adventure Centre including boat tours, Jet Ski rentals, and kayak rentals. -Visit Skookumchuk Narrows Provincial Park

What time is check-in and check-out from the lodge?

Answer

Check-in is 3:30 pm on September 16th and check-out is 11:00 am on September 18th. Fees are charged for late check out.

Should I make a ferry reservation?

Answer

We highly recommend making a ferry reservation so that guests get their preferred sailing times. Make sure to book a round trip as you only pay one-way for the ferry between Horseshoe Bay and Langdale.
