Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

To kick-start our celebration, we are planning to have a welcome dinner the evening before the wedding. If you are interested in joining us, please be sure to RSVP and to be in town by midday on Sunday, July 5, 2026.

What entrée options do I get for the welcome dinner?

Answer

We will have a preset menu for our welcome dinner, all but alcoholic beverages will be taken care of for everyone. If you would like to see the meal options or let us know ahead of time what you would prefer please take a look at the entrees listed below and/or select your choices when you RSVP for the welcome dinner. (Selecting an entree now does not mean you need to stick with that one, it is only in case anyone is running behind so we are able to get orders placed in a timely manner) BLUE CORN ENCHILADAS Two Enchiladas, both stuffed with cheese, one is filled with red chile chicken and the other with shrimp topped with Hatch green chile sauce. Served with Mexican rice and black beans topped with cheese. ENCHANTMENT PLATTER Carne adovada burrito, green chile chicken enchilada and a chile relleno all mothered in hatch red and green chile sauces & melted cheese. Served with black beans, Mexican rice and garnished with a sopa GREEN CHILE BURRITO Choice of green chile chicken, carne adovada, machaca or vegetable, rolled in a flour tortilla and topped with Hatch green chile and jalapeno jack cheese. Served with black beans and Mexican rice topped with cheese. STACKED ENCHILADAS One layer of carne adovada and one layer of Hatch green chile chicken stacked on corn tortillas and topped with red chile, lettuce, a fried egg and pico de gallo. Served with black beans and Mexican rice topped with cheese CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD Adobo Chimayo chicken, pumpkin seeds, roasted corn, wild rice, sundried cherries and cotija cheese tossed with mixed greens and chipotle ranch dressing. FISH & CHIPS Tempura-battered Cod with jalapeno tartar sauce on the side. Served with beer battered fries. KIDS MENU Available upon request

What meal options will I get during the wedding reception?

Answer

We will have a buffet for our reception dinner that will include ENTREÉS: CHICKEN CORDON BLEU WITH CHARDONNAY SAUCE Golden, tenderized chicken breast rolled with ham and cheese for a traditional spiral look, topped with a crispy crumb and a creamy Chardonnay sauce. A classic Swiss favorte! ROAST BEEF AU JUS WITH CREAMED HORSERADISH Classic thick-cut roast beef slow roasted, oven-finished, and well-seasoned. Served with creamed horseradish and red wine au jus on the side. SIDES: SALAD BUFFET From classic Caesar salad to pasta salads you will get to enjoy a variety of salad choices! THREE CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES Thinly sliced potato’s are baked in creamy three cheese sauce until warm and bubbly for rich savory scalloped potatoes.

When should I RSVP by and how do I RSVP?

Answer

We ask everyone to please E-RSVP by Friday June 19th, 2026. To try and make it easy for everyone we are using E-RSVP here on our website, please find either the RSVP button on the home page or the RSVP tab on the website menu and fill out your name(s) and event(s) you and/or your party will be attending!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6pm. Please arrive 30-15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to stay at either the Courtyard Marriott or the Hampton Inn and Suites linked on the travel page, you will have the opportunity to be shuttled to and from our venue on the day of our ceremony!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. We want our day to feel romantic and elegant but still wear something that makes you feel cool and comfortable!

How hot is it going to be with it being July in Arizona?

Answer

It will be hot, to help with the heat we will have all our events starting later in the evening with the majority of the night being held indoors, as well as having areas where you’re able to cool off for the times we are outside. Please be sure to stay hydrated… it’s a dry heat!
