Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is very helpful. The last day to RSVP is July 22nd, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope you understand!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 2:00 p.m so you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 1:30

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will be noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: a balance between elegant, comfortable, fancy, and pared-black

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of available parking space at The Orchards Rocking Horse Farm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, but the only alcohol that will be served is wine, beer, and seltzers.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

No need to worry; our entire menu including desserts are gluten free. If any concerns please let the bride know.
