Abby and Liam first met in 2015 as classmates and teammates at Providence College. Though their paths crossed often in college, it wasn’t until years later—when Abby visited Boston on a girls’ trip—that timing finally stepped in. A small house party brought them back together, and from that moment, their connection quickly took off. Early dating meant taking turns flying between Tampa and Boston, with FaceTime calls and visits making the distance feel smaller each time. When Abby moved to Boston in 2022, they were finally able to begin everyday life together, calling Charlestown home. Sundays were spent at their favorite neighborhood spots, squeezing in the occasional run along the Charles, and settling into a rhythm that felt effortlessly right. Not long after both moving to Rhode Island, Liam planned a getaway to Block Island. After a moped ride to a quiet beach just before sunset, he surprised Abby with a proposal she’ll never forget. It felt perfectly timed and completely them.

Our wedding will take place at Blithewold in Bristol, Rhode Island—a place as beautiful and timeless as the setting itself. Rhode Island holds a special place in our hearts, and it’s only fitting that we say “I do” in the state where our story really began. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with our family and friends in the place that means so much to us.
