What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. Tuxedos or dark suits with ties are preferred for the gentlemen, while gowns or floor-length dresses are encouraged for the ladies.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration due to venue capacity. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements in advance and leave the kids at home so you can relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding.

There are plenty of hotels nearby. Our venue, New College of Florida in Sarasota, is just minutes away from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, where you'll find many convenient hotel options. For specific recommendations, please see the Travel page.

Yes, our venue offers free parking on site.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony will be held outside. The remainder of the evening will be inside the venue.

We'll miss you! Please RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

We request an unplugged ceremony - please keep phones tucked away until cocktail hour.
