If you're visiting Brooklyn for the first time, we recommend staying in Williamsburg. It's walkable, full of great restaurants, bars, and shops, and conveniently located for getting to the venue. It's also an easy trip into Manhattan if you'd like to do some sightseeing while you're in town. Before booking accommodations, consider checking the travel time to and from the venue. Brooklyn is deceptively large!
There is not. We know New York can be an expensive place to visit, so rather than reserving a hotel block at a specific hotel, we've decided to leave accommodations open so everyone can find something that works best for their budget and travel style. Cocktail hour starts at 6pm, with dinner and dancing to follow from 7 to 11pm.
Cocktail attire! Mini, mid-length or longer dresses, separates, jumpsuits, suits (tie optional). Fun colors, patterns, and textures are all encouraged. Wear something from your closet that makes you feel great and inspires you to get on the dance floor :)
Hank's is an indoor/outdoor venue that opens out to a paved courtyard. If the weather is nice, the reception will be held inside and outside. If it rains, it'll be moved inside.
Since we don't have a hotel block, we're not planning on providing local transportation. If you're coming in from out of town we recommend calling an Uber or Lyft from your hotel to the venue. It's about a 10-30 minute ride from any hotel we've listed.
Unfortunately we need to limit guests to those listed on your invite. If your invitation includes guests, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!
While we love your kids, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!
