We were introduced by our dear family friend, Esther Dennis Miller, who happened to know both of us and thought we might just click. Leo says that the moment he spoke to Lia, he knew she was the one and couldn’t help but say, “Where have you been my whole life?” he swears it was romantic, Lia insists it was cheesy. We started off as friends, kept chatting, and before we knew it, we were in a 3-year long-distance relationship. The rest is history (and a lot of FaceTime and travelling).

After two years of dating, we both knew it was time to take the next step. Lia had just one request: “Nothing public, nothing flashy” So Leo planned a romantic getaway to Eureka Springs, Arkansas and took “private” to a whole new level. As Lia stepped out of the restroom there he was, down on one knee, ready with the ring and the question. She laughed, then cried, then said yes. A couple of months later, on June 22, 2024, we made it official (again!) with our immediate family by our side. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
