FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ashley Lardy and Joey Golgosky
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to dress up and celebrate with us wearing formal attire. For gentlemen, this could include a suit or dress pants paired with a button up. For ladies, long or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits or other formal attire is encouraged. To help our wedding party stand out we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing dresses that are dark wine red shades. Our venue includes some steep trails and pathways so we highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Question

Can I bring children?

Answer

Yes! We're happy to welcome children to celebrate with us. During the reception we'll have activities and games available just for them, along with designated helpers to assist in supervising if you need to step away for a few moments. Please note that our venue is surrounded by steep trails and creeks, so we kindly ask that parents keep a close eye on their little ones throughout the event.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We'll have a photographer capturing our special moments, so we kindly ask that our ceremony remain unplugged for our guests. Please turn off all phones and cameras throughout the ceremony.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a bar serving cocktails, beer, wine and seltzers, but due to the windy road to and from the venue we ask that you drink responsibly throughout the reception.

Question

Will there be transportation provided for the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to or from the venue. If you do not plan to drive yourself, we kindly encourage you to arrange transportation in advance. Please note that cell service is limited at the venue, and ride-share services are not available in the area so please plan accordingly!

Question

Is there camping at the venue?

Answer

We're excited to share that camping will be available at the ranch on the night of our wedding (June 20th-June 21st)! The campground can accommodate up to 100 guests. The cost is $35 per person for the night which includes continental breakfast the following morning. You're welcome to bring your own tent and sleeping gear, a trailer up to 26', or a motorhome up to 30'. Please note that there are no hookups available. However, campers will have access to two restrooms and two outdoor showers. (Glamping tents are also a fun option to elevate your camping experience.) If you plan to camp, please send us your payment via Venmo and let us know by May 15th, 2026 so we can give the venue an accurate headcount. We'd love for you to stay and continue celebrating under the stars.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and catering considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on each invitation. If a plus one is included for you, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation and RSVP. If a plus one was not included, we truly appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our guest count and food costs within our budget. That being said, if you have a special circumstance you'd like to share, please don't hesitate to reach out.
