Travel Note
Transportation will be provided on Friday and Saturday evenings from the Courtyard by Marriott, the Omni, and the Home2Suites. The Draftsman and the Graduate are adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriott near UVA grounds. The Residence Inn (0.1 mi), The Quirk (0.2 mi), and Home2Suites (0.3 mi) are in close proximity to the Omni near the historic downtown pedestrian mall. While the wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Clifton Inn, the limited number of rooms there have been reserved by our immediate families.
Shuttle
September 17, 2021 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Shuttles to Montalto will be available from the Courtyard by Marriott, the Omni, and the Home2Suites at 5:30pm. A shuttle will be running throughout the evening between Monticello and Montalto (monticello.org/visit/directions-parking/). Please note that only designated shuttles are permitted up the mountain to Montalto. Shuttles will be returning to hotels downtown at the end of the evening.
Travel Note
There are direct flights to Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) from Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York (LaGuardia), and Washington D.C. (Dulles). Taxis and Uber/Lyft are available for transportation downtown (17 min). Richmond International Airport (RIC) is also within driving distance (1 hour 20 minutes).

Shuttles to the Clifton Inn will be available from the Courtyard by Marriott, the Omni, and the Home2Suites on Saturday at 4:00pm. Please note that parking is not available at the Clifton Inn and the driveway will close for the ceremony at 4:50pm. Shuttles will be departing from the Clifton Inn to downtown hotels at 9:00pm, 10:30pm, and 11:45pm.
