We worked together but did not say much to each other. Stevie worked outside and Lexys worked inside so they did not speak much while working. One day Stevie came inside and asked Lexys if she needed help putting items away and that's when Stevie caught Lexys eye but she did not mention it to him. Then we ran into each other at a college party where Stevie and friends were throwing an after party and Stevie thought it was a perfect excuse to get Lexys number. The next morning Stevie sent a text to Lexys saying 'Goodmorning beautiful' the rest is history.

In the beginning we both were clear we didn't want a relationship, which began to change overtime. We had been getting to know each other for almost a year. We hung out socially with friends for a while and stayed up most nights just talking about life and what our goals were and just joking around with each other. One day Stevie took Lexys on a date to Red Robin. He grabbed her hands and said "Lexys Williams will you be my girlfriend". Then began the start of forever.

Lexys surprised Stevie with a birthday trip to Cancun. Not knowing Stevie had his own surprise planned. All day Stevie kept mentioning he bought Lexys a Pandora charm which was an inside joke because Lexys told him her bracelet was full. While having dinner on the beach Stevie kept getting up to go to the bathroom at least that's what he wanted Lexys to assume, he then told the waiter to take our picture by the water and when Lexys looked up Stevie got down on one knee and said I love you and appreciate everything you have done for me since I've met you with a plate that said “Will You Marry Me”.
