When should I RSVP by?

Please rsvp by July 31, 2021. We will be unable to accommodate you if you fail to rsvp.

Is there specific attire for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, All White Chic outdoor attire A shawl or light jacket might be needed for the evening hours.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

While we'd love to have your guest attend, we want to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with only immediate family and friends present for our special day. We are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding our wishes.

Are children allowed?

As much as we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We hope you understand and still be able to attend.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

For your convenience, a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at: The Viana Hotel and Spa 3998 Brush Hollow Road Westbury, New York 11590 516-338-7777 Rooms must be reserved by August 4, 2021 to ensure the discounted rate. Rooms are reserved under: Odom/Baez Wedding

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Yes street parking is available. Please be mindful not to block any driveways.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes. We want everyone to enjoy and stay safe at the same time. We will update you on specific details regarding shuttle times from Viana Hotel.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be held outside rain or shine. (Let's pray for shine)

Can I take pictures/videos at the wedding?

Answer

Yes you may, however, we have hired professional photographers and videographers, so please allow them to do their job. Also, we ask that you not block the livestream cameras while taking pictures.

What are the Covid Guidelines?

Answer

In light of the recent upsurge in Covid 19 cases and new Delta variant, ALL our guest (including those who are vaccinated) MUST present proof of a negative covid-19 test within three (3) calendar days of the wedding. NO EXCEPTIONS! This will be a day of celebration and love and we're sure you would love to do your part to make certain everyone is safe and healthy. Let's spread Love not Covid.
