Garrett and I met in March of 2017 when I came up to visit my childhood friend. From there we started texting and Garrett came to visit me at school in NC. After around 6 months or so of texting and talking Garrett asked me to be his girlfriend. For the next 1.5-2 years we had a long distance relationship where once a month one of us would travel to see the other. In Feb of 2020 COVID 19 hit and what was originally just suppose to be a week or 2 off school turned into me moving in with Garrett. Fast forward to 2021 we moved to Williamsburg, VA, found out we were expecting our first child, Logan Christopher and bought a house. On Jan 14th, 2022 Logan was born and our lives changed forever. Then Garrett received a promotion and an opportunity to move once again but this time back home. For about 5 months we lived with grandma, pap pap and Gigi with a baby and a dog. After 5 months of house hunting we bought a house in Fort Valley, VA, a place Garrett always dreamed of living. Early 2023 we found out we were expecting yet another child but this time a little girl. November 2nd, 2023 Elizabeth Catherine was born. Fast forward to now in the midst of planning our wedding we are so exciting and can’t wait for our special day to be here.
