Yes! Our wedding will be available via Zoom to those who cannot make the event. The ID and Password will be available on our website soon.

If weather permits our ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place on a grassy field, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! We will be providing something to keep our guests warm, however, we’d recommend bringing a light jacket. Our reception, on the other hand, will take place indoors, so ladies bring your heels!
Cocktail hour will take place outdoors from 3:15-4:45. Guests can help themselves to lights horderves and drinks. Guests are welcome to mingle and explore all the charming sites at our venue.
To ensure that our wedding flows smoothly and stays on time, we ask that our guests arrive by 2 o’clock as the ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm. Please note there is free parking at our venue.
Yes! We appreciate you helping us capture this special day for us! All we ask is that you please not block the view of our photographer and videographers during the ceremony and reception. Please also refrain from using flash. Should you wish to post anything on social media, please use our hashtag: #alwaysalmanza so we can see them afterwards too!
We will be having an open bar for periods throughout the evening. We ask everyone to enjoy themselves but to drink responsibly.
Our meal choices are visible when you RSVP on our website. Should you have any food allergies or have any dietary restrictions please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
Although we love your little ones, we ask that unless they were included on the guest count in your invitation, we’d appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list to ensure the health and safety of all our guests during this ongoing pandemic. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation to/from the hotel for all of our guests. However, our venue is just a 30 min drive from both hotels. The road is rural, so not as much lighting as we get driving in the city. For anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable driving through country roads, and to ensure everyone’s safety, we encourage our guests to carpool from the hotel to the venue with other guests staying at their hotel. Should anyone need transportation assistance please reach out and we will help make arrangements for you!

We are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 and although we hope that this new variant does not affect our big day, the health and safety of our family and friends is our number one priority.
