What am I invited to?

Answer

If you received a ceremony invitation you are also invited to the dinner! If you received a reception invitation, you are invited to celebrate and dance the night away with us!!! Due to the substantial numbers in family we have decided to have a smaller ceremony and dinner. We are excited to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

There are two entrances at Castaway. We will have friends and family directing traffic for ease and convenience.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white and blue. The ceremony + reception will be held outside.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

We're so excited to see you! Please note that NO ALCOHOL will be served during the reception, we also ask that you do not BYOB. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st at the latest. If you do not RSVP at all by that date, we will assume that you are unable to make it.
