We took our first camping trip as a couple in the summer of 2020 when we were desperate to find ways to enjoy our summer when there was so much fear and uncertainty in the world. A client of Lexie's mentioned Pawtuckaway and raved about how much it had meant to her family over the years. Her excitement bubbled over as she told stories and we knew that was was a place we had to go. On a whim, we decided this was the perfect hobby for us and bought a whole set of camping gear. On our first trip, we were immediately taken by the beauty of Pawtuckaway Lake and the call of the loons. We spent the rest of the summer and our following summers planning trips back with our friends. We fell in love with Neals Cove and the waterfront campsites. Lexie could float in the water all day while Justin hunted for bugs, fish and critters along the water's edge. This place quickly became a slice of heaven, a little-known gem so close to home! A place where we both found real contentment, a little safe haven during some of the scariest of times. This place is really special to us and really there was no other wedding venue option in our minds. We are so honored that you are making the trip and putting up with all the fun little quirks of a campground wedding. We hope that you love the park as we do and are able to soak in the joys and wonders of early September camping in New England.
