From Lexie: Jonas is the most steady, patient, and kind-hearted human I know. He is my rock and I am so blessed that God chose him to be my life partner. From Jonas: She is the most understanding, beautiful person, and is always there for me when I need her. I am so blessed to have her as my future wife.

We were 15 and 17 when we met, just two teenagers who were best friends and developed into something much deeper. Jonas was born in China and adopted at 12, and looking back, we know God was guiding every step. There has been an invisible string between us since day one, and over the past 4+ years, that connection has only grown stronger. Through every high and low, we’ve leaned on each other and kept God at the center. We’ve always known He was writing our story, and we’re so thankful for how He’s brought it all together. Now we’re ready to step into marriage and everything He has planned for us.

Jonas proposed on a snowy day at the boardwalk. We were both so nervous, but it was perfect. We had waited so long for that moment, and it felt like everything just paused. It was simple, genuine, and so us. We still smile thinking about it and probably always will. Now we’re soaking in every moment as we get ready for what’s ahead.
