It's finally happening!

We first met at our best friends' wedding. My best friend and first cousin, Mackenzie, and Dylan's best friend, Nick, tied the knot in January of 2017. However, we didn't get to know each other until April of 2017 when Nick and Mackenzie attempted (and at first succeeded!) to play matchmaker. Dylan and I dated for a few months, but it just wasn't our time. A few jobs and moves later, we met again at a few different weddings in the summer of 2023. We went for a long drive in his Ford Ranger, talking about our past and our current feelings for each other. Well, October of 2023 was our time to shine! We loved spending our time together and getting to know each other again. I made the move back home to Bemidji, and we started and continued to build our life together! We will always remember that ride in his truck, cruising down backroads in Blackduck, considering what our future might hold.
