And they lived happily ever after

I never believed in love at first sight until I met Colton. We met at a party during our first year of college. After leaving the party, I knew he was the one. I thought to myself, "Wow, this guy is the whole package: kind, funny, handsome and smart!" I reached out to him the following day and the rest is history! We've been through a lot during our 6 years of dating. We've earned a total of three degrees, moved to Lubbock, started new jobs, and adopted two dogs. We went to one of our favorite hiking spots at Palo Duro Canyon with one of our dogs, Louis. Colton asked me to take a picture of a gorgeous view of the canyon, and when I turned around, he was on one knee. After he proposed, we enjoyed a beautiful weekend on the trails.
