Pre-Reception Down Time

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The bride & broom have built in some downtime between the ceremony and reception so that we can get some family/wedding crew photos. For those not needed for pictures, feel free to use this time to check into your hotel or explore Indy and Broad Ripple a bit! Head over to the Things to Do tab for suggestions from the brides! You could even head over to the reception venue early and check out Half Liter BBQ & Beer Hall! The reception hall will open for cocktail hour promptly at 6pm.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

The reception will kick off with a cocktail hour starting at 6pm! Nate and Pam Kitterman are covering beer, wine, and soda until 8pm and then it will switch over to a cash bar. We are also covering a G&T specialty cocktail! The bride, broom, and crew will be arriving via trolley from the ceremony around 6:15pm. Reception hall is open seating with a buffet dinner that will begin at 7pm.

Post-Rehearsal Cocktail Hour

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

For folks joining us for the rehearsal, the night before the ceremony, the bride & broom welcome you to come see the house and enjoy a beverage! We will have soda, sparkling water, house beer, and some seltzers.
