It all began in a computer lab at Hampton Middle School. From late night messaging on an iPod touch to hugging before getting on the bus at the end of the day, our middle school relationship was quite official! For one reason or another our “relationship” ended as Dom headed off to Central Catholic for high school while Lexi stayed at Hampton. There were always text messages for birthdays and holidays, keeping in touch. Senior year of high school Lexi spotted Dom, on crutches, at a Hampton basketball game. We spent the rest of the game talking. From then on we were never too far apart for too long. Lexi went to Pitt for undergrad, while Dom followed in his dad’s footsteps to WVU. After college Dom moved home, got a job, while Lexi continued onto dental school. Through all of life’s changes one thing has remained constant the last eight years— Dom and Lexi together. After many memories made, valves sold, diplomas earned, here we are awaiting a wedding!
