Can I bring my children?
Answer
While we love seeing your little ones, this wedding and resort is adults only. We hope parents use this time to have a kid-free vacation and treat yourselves! If you are having trouble with childcare to make it to our big day, please contact the bride and groom directly as we have alternative accommodations in place for you on a case-by-case basis!

May I come early or stay later at the resort, outside of room block dates?
Answer
Absolutely! The resort will honor the group rate three days prior and three days after the room block dates (Aug 28 - Sept 3). Cindy can help you with your reservations for this.

When do I need to book my room by?
Answer
You must book by April 10th if you want to take advantage of the special group rates. Booking after April 10th will result in paying regular resort prices and may not guarantee you a particular room, as rooms will become based off of availability.

Is my flight included in the all-inclusive group rate?
Answer
No. Your flight is the only part of the trip not included in the price. We recommend you book your flight soonest on your own. If you prefer help finding flights, our group coordinator can assist.

When should I plan to arrive at the resort?
Answer
You may come as early (or stay) as long as you’d like. We encourage our guests to use this time to their advantage and vacation outside of our wedding celebration! Wedding festivities will start on Friday, August 29th, as we welcome our guests to our special weekend.

Names of invitees will be clearly specified upon receipt of your save the date. Please reach out to Lexi or Taylor if you are unsure.

Can I book my room from Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana’s main website?
Answer
No. As a guest of the Gordon Wedding, you must book through our group coordinator, Cindy Kyparissis at (973) 632-0388. If not, you will not be recognized as part of the wedding group, and will therefore not receive the group rates or be eligible to participate in the wedding events.

Does reserving my room mean that I RSVPed?

No. Be on the lookout for a formal invitation a few months prior to the wedding date!

Who do I contact in regards to rooms, flights, travel insurance, resort transportation?

Cindy, our group coordinator can assist and answer all of your travel and booking questions! Questions pertaining to the wedding itself, please refer to the website for further information or be on the lookout for a formal invitation for details.
